my phone number called someone but i didn't call them


Maybe one day spoofing will be illegal every time it is done. It didn't cost the CEOs of these companies anything, and I did all the work myself. Unfortunately, these third-party applications are accessible to anyone and it allows the user to put in any phone number as a "disguise" number, to make it appear like a local call. I received a random call from a guy claiming my phone keeps calling him on facetime. They don’t steal the phone; they simply hijack the phone number. I recently lost my phone so I called from a different one in hopes to find it but he answered. Explain precisely what the call is all about. My boss got a call from my cell but I didn't call him.
